How do I clean my planchas?

After grilling, use a BBQ scraper to remove food and fat residue from the warm plancha. Simply push the debris towards the centre, fire, or embers.

Once the plancha has cooled, we recommend lightly coating it with a little cooking oil (avoid olive oil) to maintain its surface and protect against rust.
